Symptom
Pages created with the custom page layout editor are missing a title containing the dive center logo, page title and optionally the PADI logo.
Cause
When creating a custom layout using the custom page layout editor a Title object is not placed at the top of the custom layout.
Resolution
When creating a custom layout using the custom layout editor add Title objects at the top.
