To set up a custom from address you need to provide details of the e-mail address you want to use as the from address. There are two options which result in the following;

Your newsletter being sent from 'newsletters@hammerheadtechnologies.com on behalf of <your_e-mail_address>' - this option does not require that you provide a username and password just confirmation that the e-mail address can be used by clicking a link in an e-mail sent to the address you provide.

Your newsletter being sent from <your_e-mail_address> - this option requires that you provide a username and password for the e-mail address that you want to use.
It is recommended that you create a separate e-mail address and account for sending your newsletters - this keeps it separate from all other e-mails you have.
To setup option 1, simply e-mail support@hammerheadtechnologies.com stating which e-mail address you want to use.
To setup option 2, select Options from System menu and supply the required information
